For our “Type A” clients who prefer to put on the hard hats and mobilize their own renovation team, our E-Design package will provide you with the roadmap to fulfilling your goals.
Our E-Design Package will provide you, contractors, suppliers and trades with all the information necessary to stay organized and manage your design project with ease.

Ideal for individuals who are in the research phase, preparing for a future project, or for those with smaller projects seeking comprehensive guidance. Our thorough consultation service provides detailed insights and expert advice to help you plan and execute your vision effectively, no matter the scale of your project.

This is a great opportunity for clients who need a little face to face prior to committing to the full design package. Rume Design will spend 1 hour on site with you discussing your project and answer any questions you may have

Our Process
01. Consultation & Site Measure
We start all of our projects with an on-site consultation to discuss your goals and objectives for your home. During this visit, we'll also take precise measurements (unless an architect is required), allowing us to kickstart your design package.
02. Concept Design
This is the conceptual and visual phase, serving as the foundation for your design. During this stage, we explore various layout options and define the overall aesthetic of the space. This helps us determine a realistic budget for design implementation and construction.
03. Design Development & Finishes Review
Your design package will progress through the working drawings phase, where every crucial detail is meticulously defined. This ensures that all aspects of your design are clearly communicated to all trades, leaving no detail overlooked. This is the most exciting part of the process! Here, we gather all your samples, giving you the chance to 'touch and feel' every selection that will be featured in your home. If your package includes furniture and décor, this is also where you'll experience all the furniture samples firsthand.
04. Final Package & Budget
Our design team will send over the design documents, marking the start of your design journey. With all your finishes and drawings finalized and approved, we will now present your final budget.
05. Design Implementation
At this stage, the full design package is complete, the budget is approved, and all sign-offs are finalized. Rüme Design has provided the final package to all necessary trades, and construction can begin. Your design team will be with you every step of the way, maintaining constant communication with all trades to ensure Rüme's high standards are upheld. *Optional
